We want every engagement to be worthwhile. This policy explains when and how refunds are available for our advisory programs.
If, after your first advisory session, you feel the program is not the right fit, you may request a refund of the unused portion of your fee within seven days of that session. We will review and process eligible requests promptly.
Once a deliverable — such as a written orientation plan, portfolio framework or progression roadmap — has been delivered, that portion of the engagement is considered complete and is non-refundable.
Email [email protected] with your name and engagement details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and to resolve them within fourteen days.
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds do not apply where services have been fully delivered as described, or where a request falls outside the timeframes set out above.
